In an employee survey, we learned about their attitude towards the company and their daily challenges. From this, we developed an authentic yet easily communicated Employee Value Proposition (EVP). This formed a solid foundation for the content on the website's careers page and in the communication campaign.

First touchpoint — a touch down?

We looked at all the touchpoints with which an applicant comes into contact with the company during the application process. These were analysed, optimised and finally designed. From the company profile on the job platforms, to social media, the landing page all the way to how the first interview is conducted - barriers were removed and the profile sharpened.
