Managing Director, Partner
Andreas is in charge of account management and strategy development at REACH. He founded the agency in 2003 with the vision to develop and implement branding and communication strategies for Swiss based internationally operating companies. Before founding REACH, Andreas gained extensive experience in all aspects of international marketing and brand communication during a ten-year career, working for brands such as Tag Heuer and Omega in Europe, the US and in Australia. He holds a masters degree in business administration with a major in Marketing from the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland (lic.oec.HSG).
Creative Director, Partner
At REACH, Dominik is in charge of strategy and creative direction. He develops smart brand communication concepts that translate across all media platforms. Before becoming a partner at REACH, he gained extensive experience in brand, interactive and industrial design. He has worked for companies such as Swiss national TV station SRF, MTV Germany, Schwarzkopf & Henkel and DaimlerChrysler. Dominik holds a degree in Audiovisual Media Design from the University of Applied Sciences in Lausanne, Switzerland (heig-vd) and Stuttgart, Germany (HdM).
Senior Web Developer
At REACH, Stefan is in charge of graphic design concepts. He develops and implements identities for companies and brands, designs brochures, trade show concepts, electronic media and communication campaigns. As a Senior Art Director with more than 13 years of experience he has worked as a team leader and department head at agencies such as Heye & Partner and Jung von Matt/identity, among others. In the consumer goods industry he has worked on accounts such as Ray Ban, McDonald’s and Carl Zeiss and in the B2B sector he helped to shape brands such as Sage Software, Stadler Rail and ZF Friedrichshafen. After his education in the prepress sector, he graduated in communication design.
At REACH, Melanie is in charge of graphic design concepts. She develops and implements identities for companies and brands, in print- and electronic media, guidance systems and communication campaigns. In the past, she gained extensive experience in brand design at Jung von Matt brand identity with clients such as DuMont Media Group, Pro Senectute and Dolder Waldhaus Hotel. Prior to this, as a Junior Art Director at Jung von Matt/Limmat, she worked on award winning projects for brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Migros, NZZ, Eichhof, Ricardo and Pilatus Aircraft. Melanie holds a degree in Communication Design from the University of Applied Sciences in Dortmund, Germany.
