Pensimo operates at the intersection of affordable housing and pension fund returns. The new website combines a clearer structure with a refreshed brand identity, turning bar charts and floor plans into a dynamic, engaging reflection of their forward-thinking mission.
Website
More than just a new look, the website delivers one key feature: clarity. The structure is now fully aligned with investors’ perspectives, making connections between funds, products, and the project portfolio immediately clear. Products were also given a new, intuitive naming system to support this.
Graphics
Investment products are often dull — but not at Pensimo. Visualizations balance abstraction and tangibility, ranging from floor plans to familiar financial bar charts.
To ensure consistency across publications, we created a flexible cover template that is both easy to use and visually engaging, featuring color blocks and subtle animation. A modular grid system allows for quick creation of graphics, even for abstract topics.
Imagery
Pensimo manages projects beyond construction, and the visual language reflects this long-term perspective. Focused on residents, imagery captures fleeting moments — light, traces of activity, unusual angles — to bring buildings to life. Close-ups create graphic patterns that connect to the overall design.
People make the difference. Foundations, funds, and investment products are highlighted alongside employees, who are presented in carefully staged, graphic snapshots throughout the site.
Typography
We complemented the existing Riforma font with Riforma Mono. The monospaced type improves readability of number-heavy content while adding a subtle edge, giving the design a contemporary feel. Bold typographic elements further enhance this effect.
